Biography

Turley is a 2003 black and white Gypsy Vanner Stallion from El Brio Vanner standing 14.1 hh. He is sired by the famous Cushti Bok and has sire seven of his own foals; two of which are red and white. Turley is a certified Stallion for the Gypsy Vanner Horse Society. Turley has been extensively shown in halter, Western and English, and is also torained to drive in addition to trailering well. He attended the Ohio State Fair in 2006 where he was shown and placed in English and Western Pleasure classes, and the stallion halter class. He has also been shown at Dressage at Devon in the Gypsy Vanner IBC class, and the 3 year-old materiale class among other local dressage shows.

Breeding – Great manners in the breeding shed, high sperm count, 100% producer.

His accomplishments are as follows:

  • First Gypsy Vanner to qualify and win Reserve East Coast Champion Stallion for the SUDEF SPort Horse Breeding Championships, 2009 Dream Park Classic Champion Stallion, Supreme Champion, Overall High Point
  • 2009 Buckeye Gold Cup Overall High Point Reserve Champion Stallion at Dressage at Stone Tavern
  • 2009 GVHS High Point Horse
  • 2009 GVHS High Point Performance Horse
  • He also drives, loves to trail ride, and has great barn and ground manners. Experienced in dressage, western pleasure, hunter hack, english pleasure, obstacle/trail class, halter, in-hand on the triangle, showmanship and flying changes.
