Smoky Mountain Service Dogs – Gypsy Horse Benefit Auction

The Auction has finished! Thanks for those of you who bid to support Smoky Mountain Service Dogs. Watch live video from lexlingypsyranch Bid Online Now On Saturday July 26th, 2014 at 1 p.m. EST Vanquish Worldwide and LexLin Ranch will host a Gypsy Horse auction where over 50% of the proceeds will go to the Smoky Mountain Service Dogs (SMSD) organization. Eric and Mechelle Barton have already promised a minimum $25,000 donation but we hope many horse loving folks will tune in via internet or join us out at the ranch here in Rockwood, Tennessee and bid on a Gypsy Horse for a great cause. The first Gypsy Gift presentation to 10 Path premiere accredited centers, pasture tours, Gypsy horse demo and an evening party with a live band, cookout and bonfire will follow the finish of the auction. The following 10 young horses ranging from 1-3 years of age will be available in the auction. They have been evaluated by the Gypsy Vanner Horse Society (GVHS). Note: If you are unable to attend the event in person we will have a live video feed of the auction on our website as well as online bidding will be encouraged. Online bidding will open up on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 9 am via an auction album on facebook and an auction link provided from this page. You have your choice of bidding on a horse through the website or via facebook up through the time a horse goes through the live auction and is announced as sold on July 26th. All bids via facebook, through the website and via the live auction will be updated on the website so you can see the current price at anytime on July 26th. Minimum bids are set at $3,000 for yearlings and $3,500 for the 2-3 year old fillies. We want the sale of these horses to really help benefit Smoky Mountain Service Dogs in their quest for training service dogs for heroes! Remember 50% of the sale of each horse will be donated to SMSD with a minimum promised donation of $25,000. Bid Online Now
